About Us
Twenty-two years building sites that still generate
About Company
We develop, build and operate renewable generation. A site goes from first land conversation through consent, grid connection, finance and build.
Then we keep it. Most developers sell at commissioning and move on. Sixty-eight sites stay on our own books, so every design choice has to last.
+ Solar, wind, storage

Our approach
Three principles that decide whether a site is worth building at all
01.
Listen before deciding
The landowner knows things about drainage, access and neighbours that no desk study will tell you.
02.
Check the grid first
A perfect site with no connection route is not a site, so we test the network before the land option.
03.
Design for year 20
Every choice is tested against the people who will maintain it long after the build team has gone.

How we work
From the first land conversation to an asset that runs for years
Step-01
Assess
Grid capacity, wind or solar resource, ground conditions and site access.
Step-02
Permit
Environmental survey, community consultation and planning, taken to a decision.
Step-03
Build
Civils, mounting, cabling and substation, to a fixed date and a fixed price.
Step-04
Operate
Monitoring, maintenance and reporting for the working life of the asset.
How we can support you
Whether you own land, hold a connection offer or need a weak site fixed, the entry point differs.
- Land option agreement
- Grid capacity studies
- Feasibility and yield
- Planning support
- Environmental survey
- Debt and equity raise
- Detailed site design
- Fixed-price construction
- Grid compliance work
- Commissioning and test
- Operations contracts
- Repowering older sites
