Power that outlasts the build

We develop, build and operate solar farms, onshore wind and battery storage. Twenty-two years of sites that are still generating, not still being argued about.

About the company

Twenty-two years in the field

We started with one ten-megawatt solar site in 2003 and have not stopped. Today we hold the land options, secure the grid connection, raise the debt, build the asset and then run it for twenty-five years. That whole chain is the point.

Development, consent

Land options, grid applications, survey and planning, taken through to a consented, connectable site.

Engineering & design

Yield modelling, layout, electrical design and the grid work that decides whether a site is buildable.

Construction (EPC)

Civils, mounting, cabling, substation and commissioning, delivered to an agreed date at a fixed price.

Operations & upkeep

Monitoring, planned maintenance, fault response and annual performance reporting for the life of the asset.

The yield model stayed within two per cent for four years, which matters more than talk.

Commissioning met the date given at contract signature, which is not something we say often.

Have a site in mind

Send us the location, the hectares and any grid correspondence you have. We will say within a fortnight whether it is worth pursuing.

Grid first, always

We check the connection before the land. A site with no route to the grid is not a site.

Yield you can bank

Our yield models are built for lenders and have landed within two per cent every time.

Bankable models

One contract, one team

Development, build and operations all sit in one company, so nobody argues.

Single point

Fixed price and date

EPC contracts are fixed-price and fixed-date. We carry the programme risk, not the owner.

No surprise costs

Operated, not abandoned

Sixty-eight sites are under our own operation, several now past their fifteenth year.

Long-term owners

Landowners stay with us

About a third of our pipeline comes from landowners who already host one of our sites.
