What we deliver
Two ways we work with you
Join an open cohort with peers from other firms, or have us build one around your own cases, your managers and your timelines.
01
Scope the gap
We interview the managers and their reports, then write down the behaviour that has to change and how we will know it has.
02
Design the arc
Sessions are sequenced so each one lands on work already under way. No generic cases, no exercises invented for the room.

03
Run the cohort
Small groups, live facilitation, and practice between sessions. Managers get a brief so they reinforce it themselves.
04
Measure the change
We re-measure at ninety days and give you the numbers, plus the toolkit your people keep using long after the last session ends.
How we deliver
From skills gap to measurable change, in four steps
Most training is judged on how the room felt. We agree the behaviour to shift before we design anything, then measure whether it shifted.

Core areas
The three capability areas most teams ask us to strengthen
Leadership and management
For first-time and stretched managers: one-to-ones, setting direction, handling underperformance, holding a team together.
Communication and influence
Making the case, running a room, writing so people act, and having the conversations most of us avoid until they cost us.
Change, resilience, wellbeing
Leading through change: what to say, when to say it, and how to keep a team steady without pretending that things are fine.

Our managers stopped avoiding the hard conversations. Ninety days on, that shift showed in our engagement scores and our exit interviews.
